North Tour of Bonaire
We start the tour with an amazing ride on the tourist road of Bonaire along the coastline towards the Goto Lake.
From the roads around the lake you have a fantastic view on the lake with its small islands and pristine nature around it. There is a pretty good chance of spotting flamingos here.
After that we’ll visit Rincon, the oldest settlement of Bonaire and the cradle of Bonaire’s rich culture.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday we have the possibility to see how the Cadushi (cactus) liqueur is made at the distillery in the village. If you wish we can stop at a local restaurant (Posada Para Mira or Rose Inn) for a nice local lunch.
We can also make a stop at Grotta di Lourdes where you can enjoy a quiet spiritual moment for yourself and then head on in the direction of Kralendijk with some stops at Magazina di Rei and Tanki Maraka ( a World War II US Military camp, now an open air museum).
